Be careful while purchasing skybags online.

I had purchased skybag for office use with Black and RED colour but after receiving i found the RED colour is too bright and looks funky for office use, also looks like duplicate product and though of exchanging or returning. I read the policy which says"

We want you to have the best of the best! If the product received is not as specified or up to the mark, you can return it for up to 15 days after purchasing."

So it was not up to the mark for me and was hoping for a exchange. Till now i have not received any response and customer care says return is not possible. So i request never attempt to buy skybag. Truly disappointing.
