I've ordered a bag from skybags on date 28th of April and it was delivered on 3rd of May, after receiving the item I saw that it was not as good as shown in the picture so I decided to return my product and raised a return request on the same day of delivery but today it's been 2 days after the return request and there's no reply from the skybags so I decided to call in their customer's service number and said all my problems to them and they said they gonna contact me in a short period of time but they didn't and I'm very disappoint with skybags.

I purchased a bag last 13/04/24 from Luggage World, Ultodanga Junction, Kolkata Showroom. Bill No. 010. The bag was not used even a day after purchase. Today 23/04/24 while using the bag, it is seen that there is damage on the bottom of the bag. When I came to the showroom in the morning with that, the showroom manager said slowly in the afternoon. In the afternoon, he checked the bag and found no damage. This is the design of the bag. It will not be treated as a damaged product in any way. And there will be no exchange in any way. What did we do wrong by buying a bag from such a big company? The showroom manager did not help at all. An application to the company, how can we get the service of the purchased product? And do not send products to such fake showrooms. Where the customer service is so horrible. It brings bad name to the company. They are robbing the customers by breaking the name of the company. If no action is taken from you, then I will go to consumer forum. I hope that you will take appropriate measures to refund my purchase price.
